in one week, barack obama will be sworn in to become the 44th president of the united states.
i will be lucky enough to be present for a most historic event.
we leave on saturday morning for what no doubt will be a memorable experience. jessica and i are visiting jenna, who lives close to georgetown and has lived there for almost 2 years now, so has the lay of the land. we'll be sightseeing, touring, drinking, building friendships, and witnessing history. i can't wait to tell my kids about it someday.
so...will post pics when i return. can't wait.
